Go to your account page, click Manage billing, change plan or cancel, and choose Cancel. That’s it. Your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period, you won’t be charged again, and you’ll get an email confirming the end date. You can change your mind and resume from the same place any time before that date.
You can also switch between monthly and yearly there. Stripe works out the difference for you.
Beyond those cases, we don’t refund part-used periods: cancelling stops future charges but the current period runs to its end. If you think your situation is different, write to us anyway; we’d rather talk than have you unhappy.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If audio won’t play or your account isn’t working, tell us first at [email protected]. Most problems are fixed within a day, and if we can’t fix one we’ll refund the affected period.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs everyone; an email usually takes a day. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it’s resolved.
[email protected]. We reply within two business days, usually much sooner.
